I have recently installed this app to allow customers an upload option for custom designs. The set-up and installation are clear and straightforward and when I did need support, due to my theme needs, the response from the team was prompt, efficient and solved very quickly. Overall, I’d highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a hassle-free customised option combined with top-notch support.

I had been happily using an alternative option over the last couple of years, however when I introduced eParcel to my business my monthly costs were going to more than double. After reviewing the market I found Ricemill and was instantly impressed with the ease in how integration was detailed and the simplicity to navigate screens and settings (I only needed one brief YouTube visit). Ricemill preloaded all flat rate bags and boxes reducing setup time and adding custom boxes couldn’t have been easier. Once I was ready to start using all costs are clearly detailed allowing me to quickly select the best shipping option. This app is very competitively priced, and I would highly recommend to any business who have MBP and/or eParcel accounts. To put simply – if I had free reign (and the knowledge!) to design an app that is easy to install, self-intuitive to use, fully flexible to cover partial shipments, can easily add custom size boxes, link multiple carriers, highlight costs on one page, backfills tracking details into Shopify and emails customers then this would be it. Perfect.

App is easy to navigate and has a range of options allowing different styles of menus to be added to suit vast products and collections. The set-up is relatively straightforward with inbuilt tutorials. On the occasion I needed support the technical team responded and resolved my question within 20mins – great service. Very happy customer.
