Horrific experience with them. They moved away from "paybright" We do not know how to fix API or mesh code. We asked for help and they kept coming back with " We are not complying to their standards" We asked for help and its an automated response every single time. You cannot call them and nobody will help you . Its been an awful experience and hopefully another loan company can take care of us. If you cannot provide customer service you shouldn't be in business.
the worst app- this has ruined our search bar during our christmas rush and there is zero help minus a chat bar that just keeps repeating itself. awful service and has now costed us thousands of dollars

Relaxacare ran into a problem and ann helped us out even late at night. so far this app has been amazing. we are happy. We ran into a coding issue and she helped assist us as there was duplicate reviews
fantastic, I had a tech issue and called at 7:30am and they responded. Clark who I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helped me fix my issue. fantastic service
