I’ve encountered ongoing issues with Google Merchant Center suspending my store for “Misrepresentation” after installing and using the Loox app. Despite compliance across my store’s policies and product data, the integration appears to trigger violations. If you’re actively advertising with Google Shopping, proceed with caution and monitor your account closely after enabling this app.

I see that the Google Shopping integration was not yet set up for your account, which means no information was sent to Google on behalf of your store. Our Google Shopping integration is available from the Scale plan and up. I was advised by their agent that I could access both the US and UK websites with a single subscription, but you can't. I have raised this with their support team but they have avoided answering the question on at least 2 occasions. This is misrepresentation which is a breach of consumer protection laws.

Hi Beach Boutique, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I believe you're referring to your query in ticket #569789 in your Wholesale2B account. I can see that we did answer your queries within a few hours of creating the ticket on both 02/11/25 and 02/12/25. The max time we took to answer your ticket was 4 hours. In both instances, we mentioned that it appears that the staff on the live chat misquoted the details, and we've already rectified this response. We weren't trying to deceive you in activating the subscription, we assure you. As mentioned multiple times to you in the support ticket: We have 3 portals, one for USA, one for UK and one for Adult products. Each portals have their own specific integrations which are charged separately from other portals.
