Installed Metafields Master by Hulk Apps on the free plan a few years ago. Hulk support was great and just helped me determine i had never used it as i was cleaning up and removing apps in a big upgrade on my shop to apps that support Shopify 2.0. Keeping Metafields Master in case i need it as it is on the free plan as suggested by Hulk. My star rating is based on support only not on using the app.

I used Form Builder to create a Wholesale Application form for our store. It works flawlessly. Was really straightforward setting up all the form entry fields and text, and most important has reCAPTCHA feature which sad to say is now needed for every form on any website. I highly recommend this app based on my limited usage. I am using it in Free mode as that is all i need. I haven't looked at Pro mode. A side note. I wish Shopify had reCAPTCHA for the "register" page and other form pages in a theme. It's crazy that Shopify does not build reCAPTCHA into Liquid so Themes can use it to add to forms. Come on Shopify! You can do it!

Was looking to move our wholesale operation to Shopify to join our retail sales. Wholesale customers have multiple addresses for shipping to different stores, and separate billing address, etc. Shopify Basic plan has no way to import multiple addresses per customer. Found Excelify. It handled exactly what i needed to do, import our wholesale customers all of which have multiple addresses. And it did it flawlessly, once you understand the constraints of how Shopify looks at customer uniqueness, etc. On top of this powerful awesome app, was the most awesome support you could want. Thanks Maris!
Before buying, Bjorn was responsive and answered all my questions. When we were ready, installation was a snap. Configuring tool was great. And with Bjorn's pointers to the list of liquid variables, and being a software engineer, i was able to edit the template to add both the shipping service and the tracking number on our invoice template using liquid and html. Very happy with the outcome and the product.
