I am so happy with Pirate Ship. The app is easy to use and the prices are great. They recently got better pricing with USPS and passed on the savings to us. I really appreciate that I can quickly see is USPS or UPS is better for pricing and/or delivery time. The customer service is amazing, very responsive and beyond helpful. Thank you!!

When I first got this app in 2020, the customer service was AMAZING and it worked great. I loved how it would record my sales as well as match my deposits. Sadly the app has been less reliable in 2022 and rarely were deposits matched. I spent more time manually recording things that it was no longer worth having. And the stellar customer service from 2020/21 is now non-existent. I wish them all the best but they are no longer a company that supports small businesses.

This app has brought my order receipts to the next level. The customer service is amazing, very quick to address any of my special requests. I now have the all the information needed to pack customer orders quickly. Thank you very much! Lisa
