Precision Sonar & Outdoors

We have just started working with Numeral and I have to say that is a refreshing change from working with Avalara. We have received personalized emails detailing everything that they have completed and what we need to do. I have not received an email that just seems to be a standard response or something that anyone would receive. I am looking forward to seeing how they do with the actual returns. One month in with Numeral doing our sales tax returns. They were very prompt and the process to approve was very easy. We continue to be happy with the service that is provided.

I used this app to help me get a bunch of duplicates removed from my store. It seemed to work well, but I do wish that when exporting the duplicates, that you were able to change the fields that are exported. For example, to make sure which duplicate was the right one to delete, I needed to see if the product had a description or not. Otherwise, the only other thing I would fix is the UI. It isn't too user friendly and kind of hard to follow. Other than those issues, It worked as expected and did what I needed.
