We are using the Appstle Subscriptions app, and I was facing some issues earlier. The support team has always been very helpful and responsive whenever I emailed them. As a new used I needed a guidance and Andii was very helpful and friendly. Do not freak out if you get lost and need help, Just ask help through live chat :) they are there for you.
