Support is primarily via email and Evan has been exceptionally responsive, often replying within minutes and always within a day, which has given us a lot of confidence as we grow. After exploring multiple rental apps, this was the only solution that felt robust enough that we didn’t need to build our own from scratch. From intuitive front-end calendar customisation to clear back-end rental management, it covers the full journey at a very fair subscription price. An added bonus is that you can get started on a free plan for your first few rentals before committing, which makes it easy to test if it’s the right fit for your store. We're loving the size chart tool! The automatic unit conversions and customization features are really great. The size recommender was a little tricky at first, with a small learning curve, but we quickly figured it out and now it's simple to adjust our recommended sizing. Plus, the customer service team is always quick to respond and super helpful. If I could change one thing, it would be to bump up the Growth plan's size recommender limit to 50. That would match up much better with the published size charts. Awesome product overall!
