The abandoned cart recovery feature is surprisingly effective. The AI pops up with a little interactive card when it detects someone is about to leave, and it’s helped us recover quite a few sales that would have been lost otherwise. It feels very proactive rather than just passive support.

I was worried about the badges overlapping important parts of my product photos, but the positioning controls are very precise. You can put them exactly where you want.
