No need payment, no Facebook account setup, no registration, no first-run bugs etc. It has very flexible presentation options (left/right, icons, agents, auto lists, on-line hours, off-line messages etc.) Will be trying this further for 1-2 weeks and feel confident in signing up for the not-expensive payment plan in the near future.
