The cookie banner wasn't showing on our live theme because the app embed wasn't active, even though the dashboard said it was. Iris from support found the problem, enabled the embed and set up the German translation for us within an hour. Quick and helpful support, thank you Iris!
One of the best experiences I’ve had with both a Shopify app and its support team! The app works exactly as expected — no bugs, no drama, just doing its job like a well-trained sheepdog. The support team was super quick, friendly, and helpful. They even edited the code for my custom requirement, and now everything works perfectly. A really great app with an even better team behind it. Highly recommended!

We're thrilled to hear the app has been working smoothly for your store and that our support team could help with your custom code requirement to get everything running perfectly. All good, needs some adjustments here and there but overall good!
