The app is very straightforward and user-friendly. I reached out with a question on Saturday and received an answer on Sunday. I then went back and forth with their support team a few times, and they were very quick and clear in their resolutions.

Honestly, It's not often I feel impressed by the support I get from any app. The team at SavedBy responds within the same hour with dev support, questions around accounting, or on suggestions to the tool. It works very flawlessly and there are not a whole lot of reasons to not use this app if you are considering offering package protection. This one made me tear up!! Our customer and merchant experience is everything, and it means the world to us to get to provide it to the best makeup company in the game - ILIA!!! I've had a great experience when reaching out for help from Loop. Someone gets back to you in less than 24 hours and is always will to give details instead of sending you a link to a help center article that you may have already read. Gabbi has been super helpful!

After looking and trying many different customer analytics/customer loyalty apps for both insights and syncing to Klaviyo, this one is the best we've found. The analytics , UX, and design of how data is presented is very intuitive and questions we had our customers were answered in one of the many different tabs. The ability to sync to our marketing stack incl FB and Klaviyo is very helpful. Don't think we'll need a data team for a while as this will take us far.

We had to manually fulfill orders during a warehouse transition. Found this app but had an issue with identifying order id but I submitted a ticket and received a reply within 12 hours that solved my issue. Ralph was fast and answered my questions directly. Thanks
