We used Recharge a few years ago but encountered several issues. That’s when we had the opportunity to connect with Kennan (Skio’s founder), who helped us migrate to Skio. Given our unique setup, the process involved many steps, but his team was incredibly responsive and patient throughout—making the transition seamless. What stood out to us was Skio’s commitment to real, human communication. Unlike other subscription apps that rely on impersonal ticketing systems, Skio provided direct access to their team—a huge benefit for us. Even as Skio has grown over the years (and as one of their smaller brands), their customer service has remained exceptional. From day one, we’ve felt valued, and whenever issues arise, we know their team will work with us to resolve them—like a true partnership. Their platform is intuitive and user-friendly, and it’s become one of our most essential apps. We’re so glad we made the switch. This app has been a lifesaver since we've been doing Ecommerce. We have been using this app for the last few years across all of our stores. Recently we built a new store for a different brand and the freight carrier needed for us to import information in a specific way. Not only did this app made it easy for us to export orders to match the criteria, Menelaos went above and beyond to add some customizations to it so we will minimize our risk of error. We have saved hours each day and potential errors from this app. Over the few years Menelaos has always been open for feedback and always improving his app and products base on his customers feedback. I believe he has the best app for exporting information from Shopify because its simple, easy to use, and he is always making changes that the customers like us need...and he does it FAST.
