I love the fact that I was able to skype and share screen with Zestard, this made support extremely painless and joyous. Ritesh and his team was quick to act, help, suggest, advise and ultimately the best support I have had via Shopify App Providers. I was so impressed with them, I have asked Ritesh to costumed App for my store! Highly recommend Zestard.

I have found Instashow by Elfsight to be most incompetent and painful shopify app to work with. No only they don’t respond with 24 hrs. They don’t cooperate as a collaborator. I have downloaded their app now 3-4 weeks and not once have they bothered to helped to integrate the app into my shop. I have asked them to come as a collaborator several times and they refused. Backwards and forth ward with too many emails. I went through shopify - no use. I would give them a zero but am forced to give 1 star
