The new Shopify integrations have been a nightmare for some accounts (USA in this instance) - refusing to connect back to the right Merchant Centre. Also having to use the same logins for Shopify and Google accounts has also caused legacy issues and extra admin with emails not matching. When it works it is good and a great improvement on GTM - but when it doesn't, the troubleshooting help from support is not useful. I need someone to be able to go into the account and help connect and fix. I can't tell you how many unbillable hours we have spent on this over the past year.

Fantastic company to deal with, or rather - not deal with! They take care of everything and once it's set up, there's no input required from me. Set and forget with total confidence. I have been with them since they started (I think I was their second customer!) Very happy and I would 100% recommend to anyone.
