Farmhouse Peace

Hey, we do our best to keep our pricing clear and transparent, with all details available on our website, Shopify listing, and within the app. Our usage plan exists for merchants with a seasonal order volume, whereas our Unlimited plan comes at a fixed predictable cost. Having said that, it's obvious that the recent charge came as a surprise to you - we are sorry, and we'd love the chance to make things right. We’ve tried reaching out privately over the last couple of days to review your plan options. If you haven’t seen our latest message, please contact us from the relevant email address at support@loox.io, and we’ll be happy to help.
