Shopify offers limited options for collecting Google Reviews. I installed two available apps and found Reputon the easiest to use, with a better content layout. Most importantly, its emails don't end up in the junk mail folder. Additionally, the customer service is great. It would be even better if the app allowed us to send emails from our domain email address. I highly recommend this app.
This app has been a lifesaver for our website! Hoa from the technical support team went above and beyond by customising the code, helping us achieve exactly what we needed. We can't thank them enough. I highly recommend it!
