App doesn.t allow changes in the inital settings.... Sent several emails asking for support but they all remain unanswered. Good App with some minor deficits.... but if there is no active support ...well...

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review—I really appreciate it! I'm really sorry for the communication breakdown here; it sounds like there may have been some issues along the way. I did send an initial email within a couple of hours of receiving yours (back on 2nd March), but I didn’t receive a response or any follow-ups. I’ve double-checked my spam folder, and unfortunately, I can’t see anything there, so it looks like the emails may have got lost somewhere along the way. If you’d still like the issue resolved, and you don’t mind sending another email, I’d be more than happy to look into this for you! A screenshot of the issue would be really helpful.
