Exceptional Support Experience! I recently needed help configuring the app on my website and didn’t have the technical knowledge to handle it myself. My support agent, Ben, was absolutely phenomenal. I have been so impressed with the quality and assortment of products and their very attentive customer service, since I began my business back in 11/2019. During Covid, it's been tough having shipping times delayed, but I feel that most businesses have experienced the same issues, but not with the same professionalism as Printful. When a business handles themselves well during tough times, I'm sold. As things start to get back to normal, and I'm looking forward to watching my business grow with Printful.
