Order Editing has been a brilliant addition to our store. We brought it in to reduce support tickets, and the volume has dropped massively, with the added bonus of upsell revenue, which has delivered a great ROI for us. Our customers love using it, and Erin has been an absolute star to work with throughout. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Brightpearl has been a really good solution for us. The Shopify connector works well, fast and reliable. We've also had great support from the Brightpearl team
