We added Kefi mainly to see if a loyalty program could help us build some consistency in repeat orders. Initially, we weren’t expecting much, but within the first couple of weeks, we noticed small but clear changes. Customers who had already purchased once were coming back sooner, especially when they were close to redeeming rewards. It just started working in the background, which is exactly what we needed.

Our products come in multiple colors and styles, and earlier it was difficult for customers to fully understand the differences. Kefi’s swatches solved that problem by making everything visual. It reduced confusion and made the decision-making process quicker.

We initially installed Kefi just to test out quantity breaks, but over time we started exploring more of its features. The bundle builder in particular has been really useful for us. It allowed us to group products in a way that actually makes sense for customers, rather than just offering random discounts.
