I'm a small business owner and we installed Rebuy just over a month ago. The smart cart is fantastic and a very good tool to increase average order value. I am still setting up the bundle builder but just the smart cart has blown me over. The support team is also brilliant and I can genuinely say that this is one of my best app experiences on Shopify in 5 years! Well done Team Rebuy!

Using the app for over 5 years, issues were normally resolved on first contact but we recently had an issue and I have reached out to support a few times but the issue is ongoing. Received an email from the director of the company, I replied to it and have yet to receive a response. Loyalty doesn’t mean much by the looks of it.

Started using this app last year and we have now planned over 450 routes, these guys take feedback and suggestions for improvement on boars and before you know it the app has become better! I am genuinely very impressed with this app and recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their customer delivery experience. It has cut down our delivery emails by 99%. I love it!
