This has been a game changer for our store. Instead of just receiving a notification to chat with a customer, this AI bot handles the whole conversation. It easily researches information from my store and other knowledge about how to respond. It is customizable and I'm sure I could be doing more with it. I would recommend giving it a try.

This app has helped me to speed up my store and address other SEO issues that would have been painstaking to do on my own. Penelope and the team are always available and happy to assist with issues that arise, usually when I change my theme. I came to AVADA from a different SEO app that was also very good. However, the tools they provide were a step above and I am glad to have made the switch. I highly recommend the app and the wonderful support team.

This app handles a very important issue I was having, when out of stock items were not clearly marked for customers. This meant they had to contact me (or leave the site unsure). Now, they can be informed when it is back in stock, or make a different choice. My site didn't manage this well. Thanks, Kartik!
