This app was installed by a contractor without our knowledge. Over two years, Kendall charged us ~$90/month with no installation confirmation, no welcome email, no billing notifications, no renewal reminders, and no usage alerts. Every charge was buried in a consolidated Shopify invoice with no attribution to Kendall. When we discovered the charges and requested a refund, they denied it citing "non-use" — without acknowledging that they never once contacted us or disclosed recurring billing as required under California Law If you're a Shopify merchant: check your billing history carefully.
Really easy to set up, and has made it really easy to know which influencers and creators are driving sales. Fairing has unlocked an entire layer of marketing intelligence that we were previously blind to.
This app is great at managing complex inventory needs and is capable of managing bill of materials with multiple levels. It is exactly what we need for our inventory.
