I've recently downloaded this app and I thought I would give you my thoughts. Everything is actually quite great, obviously, and probably not unlike any of us in this field, I would like to see more product. This is not a criticism, it is simply that we're insatiable, and as a business, you can't possibly offer unlimited items. The one criticism I have that I find your prices a bit high, making it perhaps a bit difficult to generate high sales. Thank you for your wonerful feedback. We appreciate your detailed comments and this will help us to improve in many areas. We are launching new products from time to time so please stay tuned for new releases. Our current product offers and costs reflect the value that we put into making sure that customers receive high-end premium and sustainable made-to-order apparel with zero inventory and zero-waste production. We work only with world leading manufacturers producing for leading apparel brands which allow us to offer real retail brands quality. We will be grateful if you can try our products as well that we are truly proud of! You can also contact us through email at support@novatomato.com or chat with us on our website. We hope you continue enjoying our services! Sincerely, Anton NovaTomato Team

I just signed up and I was able to receive, without a request, support from a person named A just as I was modifying some of the settings to personalize it to my website colors. She was quick and very helpful, if this is an example of the support I will receive throughout my usage of the app I will be extremely happy.
