Nayan was thorough in detail and helped me resolve my issue right away! It was quick and easy to complete the process and get the code up and running! So far I'm loving the app.

There was an offer for additional free labels - I reached out to support and spoke to Alex. After doing some research I didn't qualify but made an exception in my case and added them to my account within seconds. The whole process took less than a minute. Alex was clear in communication the entire time and went above and beyond to make sure I was given the offer I saw even though I didn't qualify. I wish that ALL support teams were like this - quick and customer focused. This is a new app to me but I won't be testing out any others - they have a customer for life! Thanks Alex!
