I was having issues understanding how to set up my cart drawer. I reached out to customer service and once Dominykas entered the chat, he patiently walked me through step-by-step how to set up my cart drawer. He even sent videos to show me exactly where the buttons were located and what I should be seeing once I press the buttons. I don't think I would have figured it out. without his help. I will continue to use Kaching products based on the customer service alone. Their customer service is constituently great across the board, no matter which app you are using. Dominykas didn't rush me off the line. He waited patiently for me to complete each step to make sure everything was good on my end. I now have a better understanding of how to add upsells to my cart and how to navigate the app due to Dominykas great customer service, patience, and understanding.
Juozas was very helpful in helping me to complete the setup of a subscription for one of my products in Shopify. I couldn't figure out how to change the default of automatically having the subscription selected. Juozas was able to request access and change everything for me and set it up just the way I needed it to be set up. This saved me lots of time and allowed me to concentrate on my other projects. GermanDrop is an easy to use once linked to your Shopify store. My account Rep, Benson, is awesome. He goes above and beyond to source the pricing of new products that I add to my store so that I am better able to set my pricing for a 2.5x-3.0x ROI. Once the items are sourced, the pricing is automatically set for each order so that I know how much I need to pay for the product and I can easily calculate my profits. They allow you to batch pay via PayPal or Wise. I have tried different suppliers and GermanDrop by far is the best supplier I have experienced so far.

I spoke with two different agents today concerning setting up upsells and free gifts, both were very helpful and patient with me. This was my first day using the app so it was a bit of a learning curve. Because of their patience and thorough step by step directions, I was able to set everything up like I needed in order to increase my AOV. Both of the agents went above and beyond to help me. One of them asked for screenshots and even went on to my website to make sure everything was set up the proper way. Now that I know what I am doing, I love this app even more. The agents name were Dovydas and Paulius. Great customer service rep. They definitely need a bonus.
