Customer service is extremely prompt. That's the best part. Most apps have all the features, but for us , since we are non technical guys, response from the technical and customer service team was an important factor to choose Quickreply. The team is ever ready to get things going. Response is very quick and things happen quickly. Our concerns are addressed promptly. Keep up the good work!
Quick and easy to setup and the insights are very valuable. Especially like the ability to understand the visitor journey, hurdles or confusions they might be facing - and allows us to correct that. Good and responsive support and help also.. Great team!
