Verified reviews are so important so we thought it easier just to find an app that matches orders to the review. Mistake. The app was awful and cost $135 more than Judgeme, which is far superior. Talked to the team and they resolved this unverified issue quickly by matching (with proof) the customer orders and offered a solution going forward. At a time when verified reviews are so important in the world of fake reviews, Judgeme takes it seriously but also helps shop owners navigate customer behaviour. Don’t waste your money on overpriced competitors. Judgeme is the best.
