Mochi Melt

Excellent support, good features

My experience with Avi as our Onboarding Expert for the Shipmonk was nothing short of exceptional. From our very first interaction, Avi demonstrated a unique blend of professionalism, knowledge, and interpersonal skills that made the entire onboarding process seamless and enjoyable. Avi's in-depth understanding of the Shipmonk platform and its integration with Shopify is truly impressive. He possesses a granular understanding of the platform's features and capabilities, and he was able to translate this knowledge into simple, easy-to-understand terms for our team. As a result, we were able to get up and running on the platform quickly and efficiently.
