To investigate properly, our Tier 2 team asked you to confirm which specific store was affected and whether you had clicked “Run Optimizer” after enabling AutoPilot. This information was necessary to identify the correct store, review its configuration, and send a collaborator request if further access was required. Our team also sent a follow-up, but unfortunately, we did not receive the requested information and were unable to complete the investigation. We have since reviewed the available optimization records and confirmed that the app has processed title tags, meta descriptions, and image alt texts. However, we understand that you may still have specific pages or images that are not updating as expected, and we would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to examine those examples and resolve any remaining concerns.
