We’ve been using Algoshop AI Chatbot on our Shopify store and it’s already taken a huge load off of customer service. It handles the bulk of repetitive questions about shipping, orders, and meal details so our support inbox stays way cleaner. Training it on our FAQs and pages was straightforward and ongoing, and customers got fast, accurate answers even after hours. Overall it feels like having an extra support rep who never sleeps and keeps getting better the more we use it. It's also a great lead generation tool and they're still innovating.

One of my worries was that labels would look weird or cluttered on mobile, but Algoshop nailed it. They resize perfectly and still stand out on smaller screens. I’ve had customers mention they spotted deals right away on their phones.
