Excellent support by Hana.. The app looks to do what it promises. i could see the improvement right away once installed.
Works perfectly, Support is spot on when needed. in fact I only had to use their support once during the past two years.
looks like no matter how much we try to apply fixes, google merchant is still disapproving our products.. I have spent over two months trying all different possible fixes with no luck.. we came to the point where it's really useless using the app! and time-wasting for us really. We are now syncing our products through a google sheet which seem to work, I would love it if the app is working and saves me all the google sheet hassle as well as getting all the consolidated metrics on Shopify Dashboard but it doesn't seem to be possible...

Hey there! Thanks for the feedback. While we at Shopify developed the app itself, we don't oversee the product approval process itself. Works like a charm.. very easy to deploy.. So far so good, 5 stars from me. I specifically like that you can set Availability so you limit the time when you get messages. Also having control over the widget location, on which pages to display is great feature.
