We have used another similar app on our sites and have been facing issues; then found this company and so far have been very impressed with the app and importantly their support. Rida, Fatima and Iqra all jumped on video call with me (at the same time) and walked me through the fix! 5 star support ladies.

Utterly terrible and simply unable to setup. The App is asking us to add a refund policy when there is one already. Google support offer no help and Shopify can't help ether, Uninstalled.

We do require all merchants have their policies (Shipping, Return, Refund) populated within the "Policies" page in Shopify Settings (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/checkout-settings/refund-privacy-tos).
