I recently started using this app, and I must say the support team, especially Remy from Tapita Support, has been exceptional. I have never experienced such outstanding service before. Remy helped me fix technical issues in real-time, even though my plan didn't cover that level of support. Despite this, they went above and beyond to assist me with those technical errors.
