I switched to them last year from companies we were using for 10+ years. It was nerve racking for such a big change but so happy we did it! The vast functionality and ease of use over the other guys was quickly noticed and appreciated. With the growing AI functionality being added almost daily, dont think about switching, do it! This 12 year old e commerce business feels new optimism and hope for continued growth with Willow's help and capabilities.
