A lot of manual work to try and migrate templates. Needs a migration functionality for custom templates. If this is replacing the order printer app shopify should be handling migration for customers not making us recreate the wheel. Even after doing all the work to manually edit the template it is weirdly different sizes in ways I cant control (tiny fonts, random extra space, etc). Worst, it cuts off the text at the bottom of the order. Half way through the shipping line it just cuts off and leaves off everything past that (order notes, etc) Address function decided the address needs extra space added above and below that cant be controlled.

Great app. Easy to setup and excellent customer support. We have had to work with them a few times when shopify was changing the way their API worked (aka shopify broke things) and the team was always quick to respond and helped out as quickly and thoroughly as they were able. Thank you so much for posting your review, and also for your patience and understanding while we were going though Shopify's breaking changes. Please don't hesitate to reach out in the future!
Easypost backend API is a solid platform that offers integration with a LOT of carriers (we use ePostGlobal and Parcll as well as the standard ups, usps, dhl, etc). Nothing we have used has a better price for package insurance. Shipblink puts an easier to use functional front end software onto EasyPost which is much appreciated. Most importantly, for us, it is able to import Shopify orders details and prefilled label data. There are a few features I was hoping for that aren't live yet (more search/filtering options for orders, batch/bulk shipments for identical items, etc). That said, Sam the developer is extremely responsive and helpful, and willing to work us and implement new features. Working with a platform that is willing to adapt and evolve continuously is delightful. ---- Update 11/14/22 Since my review Shipblink has added Batch shipments for identical (or non identical!) items. This feature is at least as good as shippo's batch shipping, and an improvement on Pirateship which only supports batching identical packages.
