Overall: It's okay. Easy access to a number of useful metrics. Subjectively, it's somewhat pricey and never seems to really improve much. Pros: Lots of data, interface is easy to understand. Starts working quickly. Cons: Interface is very space inefficient (columns with single letters taking up ~150 px), errors and weirdness in the data, bugs go reported and never fixed (like it's crazy to me that the filter for active items only still shows unlisted items months after i emailed them about it). Also, not only is the interface wasteful on screen real estate, but its actively gotten worse as they discontinued the old tool that was better for a new one... support said they would address that tab columns couldnt be shrunk down more like the old tool-- but then never did. Some metrics also just fail to work-- cool: you can show me 40 different metrics! uncool: 10 dont actually work. Also constantly pushing annoying AI in your face which is, on its best day, half as useful as just using Chatgbt. Also, how it calculates the prediction is both a black box, has limited customizations and sometimes is crazy flawed. I actually built a more useful/customized tool just with spreadsheets and Chatgbt for effectively $0 extra dollars.

Hi Viridian Dice team, Amar here, Customer Support Lead at Prediko. Sorry it didn't work out. I've emailed you. We'd like to understand what went wrong, what you were trying to achieve and see if we can get your workflow going properly. A couple of clarifications for others reading: 1. Using ChatGPT for inventory management - We already have a MCP that brands can use with either ChatGPT or Claude. It's well documented in our help centre. 2. How our prediction works - There is a well documented article called Deep Dive into How Smart Model Forecasts Are Generated in our help center. 3. Our AI agent, PIA, is a free choice to use. Other brands have shared a lot of positive feedback about because it is trained only on inventory specific workflows. Get more information about it on our website. 4. Regarding the feedback on UI, we are constantly working to improve our app based on feedback from multiple brands. The changes to UI have to be prioritised. Please read rest of our App store reviews and also our review summary, brands say that our UI is the best in the ecosystem. Hope this clarifies all the concerns :) Warm regards, Amar & Team Prediko
Immediate error message: "Tightly Lite is not open to [our website] yet." Cool story bro. I'd maybe be more generous with the review if there was any warning our shop couldnt sign up or even any reason given... Did i select the wrong thing? Who knows. Are they rejecting everyone this week? Hard to tell.
Im honestly so mad at this app. It has a block countries screen. It says "Add the countries you want to Block" it lists all countries, and includes at the top a "Add non-US countries" "Add Non-EU countries" etc... So i click those, as Im trying to block basically China/India and other non-US, non-EU etc... Done right? Easy? I assumed those were at the top because they were frequently used too. I needed to walk away, but came back to half a dozen messages from customers saying the website was down. And it was. Support said, sorry, "Add non-US" blocks the US. Im sorry... when its a "Block these countries" and you have a "non-US" option, that means block NON-US. Ie, The US is whitelisted. I mean, I should have realized before turning it on that that is BADLY worded. But I assumed both being an option at the top AND having read it over twice (and now again) that I had it set right. But no... they failed to account for their own double negative and Im out hundreds (if not thousands) because of it.

Thank you for taking the time to share this and we're truly sorry for the experience and the impact it had on your store. You're absolutely right. The wording of "Add Non-US Countries" inside a "Block Countries" screen creates a double negative that reads as "block everything that is NOT the US," meaning the US should be safe. We completely understand why you interpreted it that way and honestly, it should have worked exactly as you expected. The reality is that each rule in our app works independently, so combining "Non-US," "Non-EU," and "Non-AUS" rules ended up blocking all traffic rather than protecting those regions. This is a design and UX problem on our end, and we take full responsibility for the confusion and the lost revenue it caused. We've already escalated this to our product team to improve so no other merchant has to go through the same experience. We'd love the opportunity to make this right. We've reached out to you directly via chat and hope you'll give us a chance to show you the app working the way you intended. Again, we're very sorry. Your feedback is directly driving changes to how we present these rules, and we genuinely appreciate you calling it out.
App works well and support from Nimo has been fast and helpful!
Given how anyone I talk to about this app agrees that its an absolute nightmare, Im *shocked* that this app somehow has one of the highest ratings (4.8) on the shopify app platform. Just. HOW. We've had *SOOOOOO* many problems. I do not understand. UPDATE: Finally, somehow, got it stop rejecting our documents. Running a shop has been a nightmare as well, with random AI false flagging out items as prohibited (they definitely are not) and then tickets/a support system that ranges from computer-generated worthless and agents that lack the english/cultural understanding to understand how they have errored. Maybe 1 in 10 agents understands and attempts to fix things, but that fix is usually to escalate to a different team which will also error and then put us back to step 1. I might give it 2 star because at least we're making sales, but honestly, this app has wasted so much of my time and patience that i question whether the money we've made is even worth the hassle. Well, its been rejecting my ID verification saying my unaltered CC statements and bank statements are "Altered" again and again. They are downloaded straight from my bank (a major US bank)... So... Not sure whats up. Ive looked them over, they look fine. Ive tried 10+ times with different unaltered documents, doesnt matter. Sometimes it just rejects it saying they cant verify with no mention of altering. We've never had this issue with any other shops/platform. Not sure if this is some system/ai/computer error or some kind of incompetence on the human side because no one responds to tickets/emails over there. Might update if TT ever figures this out and fixes it. This is some pure dystopian nonsense.
Great free app that does what it says it does. Thanks!
