Due to time difference, communication is sparodic, but the team is sincere and try their best to help. Unfortunately, this application is not so applicable for us as we are looking for an app that can also help to index old pages as it seems that a lot of our existing pages are not being indexed. I have updated my theme and am now using Tapita again to see if I can improve my core vitals. Reason being my old theme was really not good for speed. I have noticed an improvement in speed based on metric provided by the app dashboard and google's speed test on my mobile and desktop sites. To be fair, it might take a few more months of testing to be sure but at the moment, I can recommend to people who are keen to try. The best thing about this app is the support though. They have been very patient and responsive as well. And I can understand that for a free app, they need to pay for their server cost as well. I hope this review gives people some peace of mind in trying their app without any pre judgement. Looking forward to seeing some good results!
