Botanical remedies - Herbal Dispensary

works so far very good

Working perfectly fine, good customer support Hello, We're sorry to hear the app hasn't met your expectations. However, we'd like to clarify how it actually works, as there's a key misunderstanding here. The eBay Reviews app doesn't store your seller reviews — it fetches them directly from eBay and displays a selection (up to 50) on your storefront. Since we don't keep a database of your seller reviews, there's nothing that could be "locked in": your complete seller review history always remains safely on your eBay account and is fully accessible to you at any time, whether or not our app is installed. We've also reached out to you via email so we can address your concerns personally and do our best to make things right. We'd be more than happy to help, and we look forward to hearing from you.
