An sich eine gute App, aber seit den großen App Änderungen vor 6 Wochen nur noch Probleme. Fast wöchentlich funktioniert irgendwas nicht. Mal super schneller Support und manchmal bekommen wir gar keine Antwort.

Es tut uns leid, dass es anfänglich Probleme aufgrund der großen Umstellung auf die neuen Shopify-Schnittstellen zur Retouren-Abwicklung gegeben hat. Das ist natürlich absolut nicht in unserem Interesse denn dies bindet auch bei uns Ressourcen. Wie bei allen technischen Dingen kann es zu Problemen kommen, insbesondere dann, wenn Änderungen an Schnittstellen von dritten wie Versand-Dienstleistern oder Shopify involviert sind. Wir bitte um euer Verständnis und möchten uns für die Umstände entschuldigen.
