Customer service very unprofessional. I receive totally different response for the same issue, really annoy and frustrating. And I paid over $20/month for this App, not recommend it.

Overall, a solid service for shop owners looking to add extra safety to their orders. The platform layout is intuitive,so I didn't need much time to get the hang of all its core functions.
