Extremely helpful live chat support with setup. Straight-forward installation. Has all the features we need to manage backorders and preorders.
We've had great customer service from Rivi throughout our site migration and now that we've been live for a few months, we're able to better take advantage of all of the features. Rivi's support has been helpful, professional, and thorough throughout.

The support for this app is fantastic. there are def some customizations we needed, but the communication and turnaround was superb. The app is great and super robust. Highly recommend!!!!
