It's not a sleek app integration with lots of time consuming manual work to make it work. Made a mistake with a booking? Send an email - you can't cancel or change the booking yourself before the courier comes (unlike BobGo). App not working? Send an email to some hard to find email address that bounces and then complain on Facebook until someone responds and helps.
So far so good, easy to use and appreciate the hand holding and guidance in building email content from scratch.
