I had some problems with a previous loyalty app so had to start afresh with Appstle. I was unsure of how to transfer historical customer points and really didn't know where to start. I spoke with Uri on the chat (they responded within about a minute!) and all my concerns were addressed and more! They helped me through the process & actually took remote actions to support me. Highly recommend this wonderful team!

I had some problems with results loading & was helped by Christian who sorted the issue really quickly.
Although the set up is relatively straight forward Carlos messaged to ask if I needed assistance which was greatly appreciated. The app was set up in minutes & now I have a great looking review option on my site. Thank you so much!
