Hi there! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the issue you experienced, and I wish you had reached out to us directly—we would have been happy to help you resolve it quickly! I’ve tried to get in touch but haven’t heard back yet, so I wanted to leave some instructions here: On the reviews settings page, you can choose from various naming formats for your reviewers. Once you select the one that suits your needs, simply re-export the reviews, and all the names will appear exactly as you'd like them to. Thank you again for your review, and please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance!
