Chat support with Shanna when a cache issue broke how the lock worked was the most productive chat support I've ever had. They logged in, found the issue, gave me a solution, offered support for updating our current theme as well. Great customer service.

I would definitely recommend this app. if you require their services. I HATE computers, I HATE the internet, I HATE texting/chat boxes, etc but, these guys are quick and know their stuff. I never use these things and just want to talk to a live person but, these guys are as good, if not better. Thank you. Never a stressful experience,
