To be direct here: I never write reviews so this says it all. The app works great and has had a real impact on our numbers. Since using the post-purchase upsells we’ve seen our AOV, conversion rate and overall revenue per visitor go up, so for us it’s definitely paying for itself. What I probably like most though is the support. I move fast and I really hate waiting around when something needs to be fixed or changed. With these guys it’s the complete opposite. I can literally message or call him directly and most of the time he just jumps on it straight away and gets it sorted. That personal 1-on-1 contact is a huge plus for us. No endless support tickets, no getting passed around between different people. Just quick communication and someone who actually understands what you’re trying to achieve. Great app, great support and a team that actually cares about helping you grow. Would 100% recommend it to other Shopify brands.
