Shipping is fast usually via DHL, with 100% tracking! Of course there has been a few minor glitches of late--like a handful of products not showing up with images or descriptions, but that's rare and we know from the CEO that the app is being updated behind the scenes to give us even more control and value. With BG you have white-glove support, 1-on-1 brainstorming and support meetings with their staff to help you. You also get periodic webinars with the CEO. And as your business grows, you can even have events with them at their offices in Europe. With BG, you're seen. They know you.

The tool is amazing at identifying SEO issues but to me it lacks enough automation at fixing the issues it finds. I was excited about it then I had to cancel after 3 days and moved to a new tool. I am not happy that I only got a partial refund, even thou I uninstalled the app within the trial period. So keep that in mind as you use this tool.

The app works well overall. We particularly like that we get Seller protection against fraudulent orders. We have had some sales through Shop, and we highly recommend it to other stores. We look forward to additional improvements in the area of products and collections management--for example products in our store that are assigned to saleschannel Shop don't appear in Shop for reasons that are not clear. It's a bit confusing.
