I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support I received from Jackson. I reached out with the vision of launching a Build-a-Box subscription model, and Jackson was not only engaging and knowledgeable but went above and beyond to assist me. His responsiveness, deep understanding of the platform, and willingness to go the extra mile—even seeking guidance from his manager—truly set him apart. Thanks to his support, I now have a much clearer path forward, and I’m even more excited about bringing my business idea to life. Please extend my gratitude to Jackson and the team.
